The box scheme is a simple and easy way of guaranteeing a regular supply of fresh produce throughout the year. We offer a CHOICE BOX which enables you to order the vegetables you want. We also offer a box made up of a selection of available vegetables priced at £9.50 for a small box and £14.00 for a large, we also do a fruit bag at £4.75 which contains a selection of 4 - 5 different fruits.   We can deliver Door to Door in Exeter, Exmouth and Plymouth, there is a charge of £1 per box for this service, everywhere else we can supply you by mail order.
 

Friends who visited the farm have asked "why can't we get your food at home?". Many of them ordering and arranging couriers to pick their food up, and so gradually we entered into the world of supplying food from our soil, further afield.

We use a secure system that allows you to use your credit card to order online.

Orders must be received before 12.00 midnight on Monday, these will be despatched at 6.00pm Thursday to reach you before 5.00pm Friday. We use Business Post so if your parcel does not arrive by 5.00pm please ring us and we will sort it out. If we are not there leave a message and we will ring you back the same day. There is a courier charge of £4.99

We also supply hotels and restaurants and are happy to try and help with 'one off' special occasions, dinner parties, weddings etc.
 

As well as the many types and varieties of vegetables we have two flocks of Black Rock hens which lay a dark brown egg with excellent internal qualities .. .. which really means nice colour, great taste .. .. we also have 20 beehives on the farm which pollinate the crops and supply us with honey, all available through the box scheme. We are always looking to ensure that our range is as interesting as possible and to that end we offer a selection of fruit, cheese, olive oil, including locally produced apple juice, through either the box scheme, mail order or a wide variety of retailers.

Our lamb is available at Taverners Farm Shop, Kennford, when in season we produce our own range of soups and pesto and each year we rear free range turkeys. All produce except the Honey is organic, the hives are on the farm but we don't know where the bees fly to so we can't call it organic!

Other vegetables available include; winter squash, brussels sprouts, beetroot, winter radish, turnips, jeruslaem artichokes, kohl rabi, salsify, scorzonera, sweet fennel, over 50 types and varieties.

The success of the box scheme depends on your commitment to us and our commitment to you. The box is every week but can have the box as little or as often as you like, as long as you let us know and when you go on holiday please give us advance warning.

The Bronze turkey is a traditional breed renowned for its excellent flavour and texture. Our turkeys have been reared from one day old at Bickham Farm, ranging in tghe field during the day and housed in a spacious barn on a deep bed of straw at night. Rearing turkeys on a free range system allows them to mature slowly with the freedom to roam and eat a more varied diet.

This years turkeys are £3.75/lb. Your bird is oven ready (in other words there is no wastage) and comes with giblets. We require a 2.5lb weight margin, turkeys do not grow to exact sizes. We will endeavour to get as close to your desired weight as possible.
